Delete your E-Rides account

You can delete your E-Rides account and personal data here — no app required. You can also do it inside the app under Menu → Delete account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Your saved places and trusted contacts
  • Messages you sent to riders or drivers during trips
  • Your notification token
  • For drivers: every document you uploaded — national ID, driving licence, PSV licence, insurance and certificate of good conduct — plus your ID number and vehicle details

Your past trips are kept as anonymous records for up to seven years, because Kenyan tax and accounting rules require us to keep them. Once your account is deleted there is nothing in those records that identifies you.

This cannot be undone. If you have a trip in progress, or a driver wallet with money owed or owing, settle it first.

Delete your account

We’ll text you a one-time code to confirm the account is yours.

Need help?

If you can’t access the phone number on your account, email gidienesh@gmail.com from any address and tell us the number you signed up with. We’ll verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days.
